Urielle Klein-Mekongo is a multidisciplinary artist whose work weaves together poetry, music and performance. Moving between page, stage and studio, she crafts language that sings, questions and holds space for complex emotion. She tells bold, intimate stories that centre Black joy, healing and radical honesty, often drawing on lived experience, ancestral memory and community ritual.
Through her writing, Urielle builds worlds where vulnerability is power, rhythm is resistance and audiences are invited to listen, feel and imagine new futures. Urielle's training includes Soho Writers, and BBC writer rooms London voices course 2017. Tamashas Writer group and Bush writers Group 2019. She was alos Resident Artist at The Roundhouse Old Vic 12 2018
